Simon had a long corporate career working in senior positions for AXA, HSBC and Simplyhealth.

He was working as Operations Director for a Bristol-based Health Insurance brokerage when the opportunity and idea to form Excellect came to him in 2014.

​

He has modeled the business on his passion for ensuring that everyone he works with, whether an employee, a client or a supplier is treated with the utmost respect. If he can help, he will move heaven and earth to do so. He lives and breathes our mantra 'Everyone Benefits'.

Simon is the other half of Helen, and Dad to two beautiful, talented children. When he is not working he can be found in the recording studio playing piano and guitar whilst working on self-written material. He is also a keen sportsman, enjoying golf, squash, and football - although his body is starting to fail him in recent years!
