It can be challenging to offer benefits ALL employees will value and appreciate, as people at various stages of their lives understandably want different things. One solution can be a Flexible Benefits platform hosting a wide range of employee benefits from which your employees choose. It means they select the benefits they want, and which will be the most useful in their own lives.

Flexible Benefits Platform

International Benefits

We have experience of working with businesses with international operations. We can of course help with the advice and set up of the UK benefits, but in terms of the international policies available from the UK, there are limitations.

However, we use the local knowledge, expertise, and experience of our carefully selected strategic partners around the world to provide support with a full range of employee benefits.

When a business changes ownership, its employees may be protected under the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) regulations (TUPE).

TUPE regulations mean employees should not lose their existing employment rights and this includes employee benefits.

Excellect can help with the replication of benefits by obtaining market quotes and supporting the business in setting up the required benefits in readiness for the TUPE completion deadline.

Competitor Analysis and Benefits Benchmarking

Attracting and retaining the best people can make a major difference to the success of a business, but competition is fierce. Could your competitor’s employee benefits be a factor in why they are the employer of choice? Let us find out for you!

Provide us with sufficient competitor names, and if they are large enough for the information to be openly available, we can conduct research and report back to you with the results.

Benefits benchmarking gives insight into what other companies in your sector offer, providing you with an indicator of what you need to do to attract and retain the best employees.

*A fee may apply for benchmarking and competitor analysis work

An important part of a successful employee benefits strategy is to make sure the benefits are effectively communicated to your employees.

This could be at initial launch date, or even as an ongoing programme e.g. benefit refresher sessions. By doing this you can maximise the return on your benefits spend by making sure the employees understand, engage with, and value what you have put in place for them.

Excellect can support you and we do not charge a fee when we are appointed as broker for your employee benefits.
