Sasha joined Excellect in September 2023 as our Head of People and Culture.

Sasha’s background has always been in HR for the best part of 11 years, starting out with the British Transport Police. She has worked for public sector, private sector, large corporate and small family run businesses. She also ran her own small business for 4 years alongside her HR career, so she has a thorough understanding of the challenges small businesses face!

 

Sasha loves fitness and being outdoors so in her own time she is either training or walking with her Husband and Son.. or when time allows, you’ll find her over at her ‘second home’.. in Portugal!
