Lorenzo joined the Excellect team as a school leaver in July 2023, under a month after finishing his GCSEs. He will finish his Level 3 Business Administrator apprenticeship in late July 2024, obtaining his first apprenticeship qualification.

This is Lorenzo's first experience of full time work and he was keen to pursue an apprenticeship. 

Lorenzo’s role is varied and includes updating memberships for clients’ employee benefit schemes, obtaining and amending Private Medical Insurance quotes, and helping clients with general queries.

When Lorenzo isn’t working, he enjoys playing football and spending time with his friends and family.
