CLIENT SERVICES ADMINISTRATOR
Jess joined the Excellect team as an apprentice in February 2022 after spending a few months at sixth form but deciding it was not for her.
Jess picked up a few extra shifts at her job to fill the days, while actively looking for an apprenticeship. She now works alongside Helen, our Director of Client Services and helps to make sure that client service is maintained at the highest level. Jess is also involved in the rigorous process of obtaining market feedback for our new and existing clients. This important work ensures they have the best policies and rates available.
When Jess isn’t working, she enjoys spending her time horse riding and meeting up with friends.
