Lili joined Excellect in summer 2021 after many years in business development in the Contact Centre industry.

Currently working within the Account Management team, Lili is passionate about communication, building lasting relationships and delivering a high level of service for clients.

When not working Lili has a daughter, a partner, and a dog who they love to take on long walks to the beach and the woods.

Lili loves to socialise with friends and family, going out to eat and listening to live music.
